After a successful career in educational leadership, I am taking my project management skills to a more challenging environment.

My desire is to continue learning and growing professionally, to provide value and purpose while acting as a servant leader.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative reforms that have shaped the professional growth and knowledge of thousands.

I have had a natural inclination towards leadership and problem-solving. Throughout my varied career, I have proven to be a dedicated member of the team, ensuring that I provide value to the company’s mission and vision. I have a strong ability to see the ‘big picture’ while keeping the messaging relatable to those around me.

My expertise lies in project management, where I’ve consistently demonstrated my ability to navigate complex challenges with patience and precision. As an Executive Education Officer at Kaneland CUSD #302, I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams through a series of ambitious projects aimed at revitalizing educational programs and curriculum frameworks.

At the heart of my success lies my commitment to fostering collaborative relationships and open communication channels. Whether leading in-person or virtual teams, I excel in cultivating an environment of trust and accountability, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and invested in the project’s success.

My strategic vision and attention to detail have yielded results time and again. I’ve achieved milestones, such as a 90% adoption rate in foundational curriculum realignment across 200 courses by leveraging innovative project management tools and data analysis processes to track impact and drive progress.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I’m an active member of the Project Management Institute’s Chicagoland Chapter, where I serve as a mentee in the PMI Mentoring Program and contribute my expertise to the organization’s initiatives. Additionally, I lend my mentorship skills to the Illinois Principals Association, guiding aspiring leaders on their journey to success.
